rkfall5 Stars Out Of 5Take on the fightJuly 31, 2020rkfallI found Get Out of Your Head by Jennie Allen to be meaningful encouragement to stop the toxic rehearsals in my head and replace it with His Truth. The basis of the book I think fits this statement: Learning to capture our thoughts matters. Because how we think shapes how we live. So important that I renew my mind. To be committed to breaking the cycles/spirals that are not taking me in the right direction. To be active in the fight.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Tammy5 Stars Out Of 5FantasticApril 20, 2020TammyQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I have been following Jennie for some time and I am always interested in the topics she addresses. Her writing is so down to earth with easy practical steps to apply healthier tools to our toolbox. This book is no exception and so relevant for the time we are currently living in. I have bought copies for friends and mailed them to their daughters in college. I would also suggest the podcast that compliments the book. There are lessons for all of us to learn in this book.
