Terra Hangen5 Stars Out Of 5March 20, 2007Terra HangenIf you enjoy reading about celebrity musicians and sports stars who share their earlier tough times, and their joy now that they are Christians, this book is for you. The celebrities are young, ranging from NBA and NFL players to reggae musicians (Mark Mohr with Christafari), Clay Crosse (recording artist), Loren Harf-Loveless (professional wakeboarder) and Zoro (award-winning drummer). These are people who know what doubt and unbelief are, and so it means a lot when they tell how they came to be Christians. I especially recommend this book to teenagers and college age seekers
Rebecca5 Stars Out Of 5January 31, 2007RebeccaThis book is amazing. Thats all there is to it. This is an amazing way to read about how God works in, for, and through people, and its something I can closely relate too. Being a younger reader, it's hard to find something God-related that I can focus into my life, and this is totally it. Great job Amy, just amazing.
Julie Antle5 Stars Out Of 5January 23, 2007Julie AntleI teach in a Christian School in Missouri. I have been reading God Unplugged to my students and have been seeing some amazing results. It has helped them to see that other people, even celebraties, have some of the same problems they face. The scriptures have also helped a great deal being in a translation that the kids relate to. I can see a difference in my students, just by their prayer requests. Thank you so much for providing a tool to help kids find their way. Julie Antle
