This was fantastic. The illustrations were beautiful. The answers to the questions were a happy surprise for me. Most books would say yes to all the questions and not no. This was well planned out. I received this book from Worthy Publishing for a fair and honest opinion.

We are all unique. Sometimes we see the qualities that make us unique as imperfections, but we need to remember that God has created us exactly as he wanted. He has a purpose for each and every one of us and made us exactly according to his plan!

"Would a Worm Go on a Walk" by Hannah C Hall is a humorous picture book that teaches our little ones that we are all uniquely created by a loving and wise God.

I couldn't wait to share this story with my son's pre-school. It was perfect to read to the class. The size of the book, (10.9 x 0.4 x 9.4 inches) is the perfect size for sharing with a classroom. The bright and colourful illustrations held their attention. The text was just the right size that I was able to read it from a distance. The choice of font is excellent. It is easily readable by younger readers using a san-serif font.

The kids were enthralled by the story. As I read the story to them I could see their little minds at work. The book is extremely well laid out. The question is asked on one page, and the answer can not be seen until you turn the page. It gives the reader the perfect opportunity to ponder the question before discovering the answer. I loved the interaction the story encouraged with the kids. "Would a worm go on a walk?" "Noooo!" and then they would start sharing stories.

"Would a Worm Go on a Walk" has an incredible message for everyone! The story is based on Genesis 1:31a - "God saw all that he had made, and it was very good." We are God's MASTERPIECE! Each one of us is designed according to God's plan and perfectly created in his eyes. Would a worm go on a walk? No, because that isn't what God created them to do. God has given us all wonderful unique qualities and strengths that are perfect for us and no one else. Each and every one of us are loved and special.

"Would a Worm Go on a Walk" is geared toward children ages 4-8, but I believe children of all ages would love this one...even big kids like me!

*Disclosure: I received a complimentary copy of "Would a Worm Go on a Walk" in exchange for my review. All opinions are 100% my own.
