This sequel to Daughter of Joy weaves an honest, emotive tale of one woman's struggle to accept redeeming love. Hannah Cutler, a former prostitute, is trying to begin her life anew. But she struggles with the notion of being loved, even by the Lord of love whom she recently accepted as her Savior.
Devlin MacKay adds to Hannah's feelings of shame by unjustly blaming her for his own guilty past. But as Hannah becomes a Woman of Grace, Devlin is forced to confront his feelings for her and toward the God who has transformed her life.

MargotSouth AustraliaAge: 45-54Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Historical Romance At Its BestJuly 11, 2013MargotSouth AustraliaAge: 45-54Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I love the way Kathleen Morgan writes and I loved 'Woman of Grace.' We feel with the main characters, we discover more of God with them, we grow into better, wiser, more loving people as they do. We learn with Hannah and Devlin that being in God's will and in right relationship with Him is so much more important than a happy ending in this life.
Kathleen Morgan strongly makes this point by putting God's grace above romance. She does it so well, with enough tender romance, action and intense drama that you hardly know you are reading a sermon on the depths of God's grace. I highly recommend this book, and the entire series, to all readers who love historical romance with a punch!
