I am not normally a big fan of devotional books, but this one is outstanding. Keller packs incredible meaning into each and every sentence. No Sunday School answers here, but thoughts that engage your mind and challenge you to be the person God wants you to be. Excellent!

a great way to start off a new year

i have enjoyed this little book much more than I thought. Such insight on every page. It is a daily devotional but its hard to stop reading after one. A lot of thoughts i might have to ponder longer than others. but overall a good book

As I read January 18th I see the words "Social Justice" and the propaganda that follows it. Then glance over to the next day, January 19th and read a full-blown indoctrination of the Marxist approach. So sad. I threw the book in the garbage with my coffee grinds. So disappointed. I would have given it a 1 star, but there were days that were not filled with this view.

A wonderful way to start the day with thoughts by favorite author, Timothy Keller, and his wife. Looking forward to learning something from them daily all year!
