Tell us a little about yourself. I am a mom, wife, believer, friend, encourager and high energy crazy girl. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and was a competitive swimmer in college, and also as an adult, in Masters. I am an only child of two only child parents. I taught childbirth education classes for over 15 years, and absolutely LOVED it. I value being a friend to others.
What was your motivation behind this project? To extend hope and healing, and a happy ending to others who have traveled this path. I definately was called to write this book, the "directive" was very clear. It was also healing for me, but I believe that if we share our hurts and burdens it can be a source of encouragement to others.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I hope that if they are traveling this lonely journey they feel a little bit less alone. I hope they feel a hand of hope and healing has been extended to them.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? I love Mozart. I love the beauty and power of nature; from majestic mountains to crashing waves and especially to rays of sunshine that streak down from behind clouds. I enjoy reading whatever I can get my hands on and time for, and I love to travel and learn about and experience different cultures.
