Penny5 Stars Out Of 5Where is God when it Hurts?October 14, 2016PennyQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This book is excellent in every way. I have purchased a number of them over the years and have given them as
gifts to people who were suffering and needed the message it delivers. This one was requested by my cousin
who is very, very ill. She has a number of Philip Yancey's books and finds them extremely helpful.
Diane Mckay5 Stars Out Of 5so helpful and strengtheningMarch 21, 2011Diane MckayQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This book couldn't have been found at a better time in my daughter's and my life, as she was going through a physical crisis. She had already been through so much; we asked God why this? This book helped both of us emotionally, by strengthening our faith and helping us understand other's responses to her. It left us with more compassion for those who suffer. To God be the glory, before we even finished the book, He answered our prayers and directed her path to healing.
