Where God Came Down is an AMAZING resource. One thing that stands out in this book is the fact that the author trusts the Bible as absolute truth. I own many other Biblical archeology books, but this one is by far the most practical and easy to read. The amount of information in this book is astounding. It is filled with amazing photos, charts, graphics, and maps. It is easy to understand yet contains deep truths that challenge the heart. I would recommend this resource to anyone who is interested Biblical archeology.

The Bible is always to be the foundational piece from which to study science and archeology. Joel Kramer does an excellent job of this. Book is very powerful and just adds to the faith that I already had in God's perfect Word, The Bible. Add it to your library and studies. It makes the Bible come alive.

I have only read part of it so far, but I can already highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a fascinating and visually excellent resource that delves into the archeological history and evidence of a number of important biblically relevant sites. It is clearly presented for the lay person, but still digs deep, and the author approaches his valuable work with a clear honoring of the Bible both as a highly valuable historical document that illuminates the archaeological observations and as the trustworthy written Word of God. The photography and illustrations are many and excellent.

not only does Joel carefully tell you the history of different locations, he shows you photographs taken over time. I felt like i visited Israel!

This is a very good resource to have. There is a lot of information in this book with amazing photos, graphics, charts and maps. It's simple enough to understand, while still containing deep truths. I would recommend this resource.
