If I'd read this book a long time ago , I would've been a lot more acceptable person. My spirtial gifts are in leadership and service but I can see my gift of service is what inspired people to follow my leadership. I can see, after reading this book how I could've been so much more effective in both city & church leadership.
FirebrandGainesville, MOAge: 45-54Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Provocative and insightful!May 12, 2013FirebrandGainesville, MOAge: 45-54Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I purchased this book at a time when my heart and mind were heavy-laden with knowledge of certain facts that I felt really needed to be reported, but that I wasn't sure I was the one who should do it. This book brought clarity to the issue, and, after I conferred with my church's pastoral counselor, I was able to put to rest the wrestling voices within and move forward with the necessary reporting. As God was in it, there was a good outcome. This book is highly recommended!
Anderson5 Stars Out Of 5August 25, 2010AndersonThis is an EXCELLENT BOOK FOR ALL BELIEVERS! As believers, we often say the wrong things at the wrong time. We hurt others with our mouths and when we need to speak up we are silent. This book give great instruction and examples to apply daily.
