If I'd read this book a long time ago , I would've been a lot more acceptable person. My spirtial gifts are in leadership and service but I can see my gift of service is what inspired people to follow my leadership. I can see, after reading this book how I could've been so much more effective in both city & church leadership.

This book brought clarity to the issue, and, after I conferred with my church's pastoral counselor, I was able to put to rest the wrestling voices within and move forward with the necessary reporting. As God was in it, there was a good outcome. This book is highly recommended!
