Season eight of this family friendly show continues with the highest quality of writing, directing and acting. We thoroughly enjoyed the storylines of all the characters.

I have been a Heartie (WCTH fan) for years and Season 8 was the BEST season ever! The writers realistically displayed Elizabeth going through the stages of grief and I loved seeing her portrayed as a human person who doesn't always react perfectly in tough situations. Her growing romance with Lucas is a true expression of 1 Corinthians 13 love where wanting what is best for the other person is the priority, even if it means letting them go. If you love family-friendly entertainment and being transported to a small town where being part of a community is celebrated, you will love this show and this season. I highly recommend it!

When calls the heart is a beautifully written story. The storyline is based on Elizabeth who lost her Mountie husband In season five. For three seasons two men were courting her and her decision was made in season eight. The show has morals and values that cannot be denied. Elizabeth is the main character along with the two suitors. she made her choice who would be her lifetime and she would be able to love again. However, there are many other characters that are loved in the story. I would definitely recommend when calls the heart. It will not disappoint.

This season was the best ever! It had it all !! God / Love / Happiness / Romance / Patience / Hope /Friendships. If you want to watch a good wholesome show then this show is for you! Anyone who does not agree is only because at the ending of the show their guy did not get picked!

Season 8 of When Calls the Heart is wonderful. The writing and actors are superb and have crafted such a remarkable story with so many interesting characters and story lines.. The progression of the season and the stories of hope and how the community pulls together are so heart warming. I have watched this series from the beginning and it just keeps getting better. The addition of the Canfield family and the love story of Lucas and Elizabeth is filled with such hope, patience and understanding. IThe school children are so much fun, they didn't get to play as big a part this year due to the pandemic but hopefully in season 9 they will be back and able to film more. I highly recommend this series.
