Polly Scott5 Stars Out Of 5September 14, 2008Polly ScottThis is an excellent book. It starts with Mary, Jesus' mother, and works through the life of Jesus. The questions mentioned in the description are thought provoking. It has 43 short chapters which make it a great addition to your Bible study as you can do it along with other studies at the same time. Even in the points that I disagreed with the author's theology, the thoughts in the chapter had great insight and gave me something to think about. I would recommend it for a study on the life of Jesus and in thinking of how what you are doing compares.

Tell us a little about yourself. I pastor a Baptist Church. I have been pastoring for 20 years.
What was your motivation behind this project? This book is essentially the sequel to my first book, "God Has a Plan for You!" Having preached through the whole Bible, I wanted to focus on Jesus, the center of the Bible.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I hope that they will get a fresh vision of Jesus, his mission and his message. I hope that fresh vision will help them in their decision making when they ask, "What would Jesus do?"
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? I like Charles Swindoll, Peter Wagner and John Bevere. The biggest influence on my life is the Bible and the Christ revealed in it.
