This is a "Must Have" book for serious Bible study. I use these definitions for the basis of my Sunday School lessons and to define meaning when I preach. I love it!

I am so glad I purchased this dictionary. It brings to life the meaning of the words so much better than my modern Webster's dictionary. Over the years,I have looked up different words from my Bible and my modern dictionary still left me a little confused.I ordered this dictionary and was finally able to understand the words with the well-rounded definitions.

This is a must have for anyone who just loves to have truth! The words are from God's standard and can give creedance to the Word of God and its meaning for morals, life, and right living. Mr. Webster was able to speak truth in his study of the english language as well as speak truth about his faith in God the creator of all. We need more men like him in America today.

This is a great resource for LDS students. It allows you to study words in the Doctrine and Covenants and The Book of Mormon in historical context often rendering new light to scriptural passages.

This is a wonderful resource! My son was reading a Landmark book when he ran across an unfamiliar word in a quote from the 1800's. He looked the word "sawyer" up in both of our unabridged dictionaries and found it missing. After finding it in this dictionary, he was able to understand the quote. (It also gave him some insight as to why Mark Twain might have named Tom "Sawyer".) This is one of my "must have" resources for home educating now!!
