I enjoyed it but really am not a history buff but it is a wonderful story about brothers and their life. My favoirte parts are how they share the gospel with friends and see them come to know the Lord
Paula Smith5 Stars Out Of 5May 21, 2010Paula SmithI would give this more stars if there was any, this book is heart warming and is a beautifull written love story. It also shows how prayer and the love of Jesus helps them through the valleys of life.
Nina Gault4 Stars Out Of 5May 6, 2010Nina GaultI think the brothers, Alex and Abel, are wooden. Everything that is said and done, they are always agreeing with Alamo. It gets to be kind of boring. Not that I want them to argue, but it doesn't have to said all the time. Also, why does Angela, Libby, and Vivian have no children?
Frances Mclanahan5 Stars Out Of 5August 18, 2009Frances MclanahanThoroughly enjoyed it. I love the history involved and the way the Lacys work in the Gospel.
Wayne Cole5 Stars Out Of 5August 4, 2009Wayne ColeIt is very goo. I would recomend it to everyone. Al & Joanne Lacy are excellent writers of historical fiction.
