This three-chapter missions story was adapted from End of the Spear written by Steve Saint and was illustrated by his cousin, Debby Saint. This story tells of Steve Saint's return to the jungles of Ecuador after the death of his father Nate Saint. Children will thrill to listen as the love of God forever bonded Steve with his father's killers, turning something intended for evil into good. Steve Saint's 'modern' family became a 'jungle' family, living in harmony with the Waodani people of his boyhood.
This visual teaching set includes one full color 9" x 12" glossy book of images (20 pages) plus the complete story teaching text in a 8.5" x 11" black and white booklet (16 pages). This story is told in 5 chapters, with review questions and student activities for each chapter. Use as its own curriculum, or as a supplement to Sunday school, midweek services, homeschool, or VBS.
