Tell us a little about yourself. Pastor, hubby, and dad. I absolutely love God's Word and sharing the joyful truth of Christ's unstoppable love for us all.
What was your motivation behind this project? This project was over two years in the making! The book didnt take long to write, but finding just the right artist took over a year! After finding Mariano (amazing and gifted!), the next year was back and forth in bringing tge words to life through illustrations. The folks at Gatekeeper Press were incredible (especially Tricia!), and truly produced a top-notch finished product (colors, materials, binding, etc).
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? Ultimately, UNSTOPPABLE! is a ministry. It's not about stuffy, dry, heartless religion, but the reality of King Jesus' radical and unfathomable love for us! It's a joy-filled invitation as an active participant in Christ's redemption story! It's not just about being saved from Hell, but embracing our new identity as heralds of His UNSTOPPABLE love in telling the whole world, "Jesus is King!"
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? Seeing how not only children, but adults and teens too, have been impacted has been amazing! We've had requests to come out with workbooks, coloring books, and even been approached by a clinical psychologist to market UNSTOPPABLE! to children's counseling centers.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: Each illustration has several hidden "easter eggs" of Scripture, which help the reader (re)discover the truth of God's Word - directly from the Source!
