Use this participant's guide in conjunction with the DVD to dig deeper into learning how to acknowledge, understand, and manage raw emotions that are commonplace to the average woman. According to author and speaker Lysa TerKeurst, each time we feel a raw emotion coming to the surface it's an opportunity to either fall back into patterns that make us wallow in guilt or choose more wisely and make progress.

In this six-session small group Bible study (DVD/digital video sold separately), Lysa Terkeurst teaches participants how to process emotions and resolve conflicts in ways that lead to a much more peaceful life.
Lysa TerKeurst admits that she, like most women, has experiences where others bump into her "happy" causing her to come emotionally unglued. What do we often do with our raw emotions? We stuff, we explode, or react somewhere in between. Is it really possible to make emotions work for us instead of against us? Her answer is yes, and in her usual inspiring and practical way, Lysa shows you how.
Filled with gut-honest personal examples and Biblical teaching, Unglued will equip you to know with confidence how to:
- Resolve conflict in your important relationships
- Find peace in your most difficult relationships as you learn to be honest but kind when offended
- Identify what type of reactor you are and how to significantly improve your communication
- Respond with no regrets by managing your tendencies to stuff, explode or react somewhere in between
- And how to gain a deep sense of calm by responding to situations out of your control without acting out of control
- Grace for the Unglued
- Freedom for the Unglued
- Four Kinds of Unglued
- A Procedure Manual for the Unglued
- Lingering Words for the Unglued
- Imperfect Progress for the Unglued
Designed for use with the Unglued Video Study (sold separately).

Ask a Question▼▲
Q: Can the participants guide be used alone as an individual study with book and not the DVD? Or is it specifically tailored to the DVD?
No, the participant's guides are specifically tailored to the DVD.
Q: Does the participant's guide include questions that can be answered and then shared in a group setting?
Yes, the participant's guide can be used with the DVD in a group setting.
Q: How many weeks long is this Bible Study please?
This study is 6 sessions long.
Q: How to book chapters fit in? The book has 12 sections and the DVD 6. Do the 6 sessions cover all 12 of the book or could the other six be used as additional weeks study? I really just wanted a 12 week study on the book, not so into the DVD's, more fluff and sure pretty stuff but not the meat and potato's and discussion we like to have. Any thoughts from those that have used it? Oh, and are all DVD segments 18 minutes like the first one?
The DVD sessions in this study range from 12 to 20 minutes. There are six days of personal study for each session, with two of the days incorporating chapter readings from the book. If you read 1 chapter of the book and divide the daily studies into 3 per week, you could stretch the study into 12 weeks.
