Uncle Eban is the typical unsaved businessman who uses Christmas as a way to make money. His Christian employees and his family know the true meaning and are not afraid to honor Christ. A great family story to read together.

I love Christmas books and this one is really great. Eben is the owner of a home-improvement store, he is unmarried and all he wants to do is make more money. That is all he thinks about while his sister is a Christian, so she prays for him all the time. It is almost Christmas and the store is really busy but he has told all his employees not to say "Merry Christmas" to say happy holidays. He wants nothing to do with God, and he does not go to church and wants nothing to do with it. He does always go to church when his sister or his niece and nephew is in a program. So on Christmas he goes to the program and goes to his sister's house for pie afterwards. One of the children ask him why does he not believe in God, so he leaves. He goes home and sits down in his recliner and has an out of live experience. You must buy this book and read it, it is such an eye opener that makes him see what will happen if he does not give his heart to God. It will make chills over you.As this great season is coming up where we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, this book is a must. Great book as at the end the author says he is the nephew of this man Eben Johnston. You can order it here. This book was sent to me by Arielle Roper at "Bring It On" communications for review.
