Tell us a little about yourself. I am a disabled veteran that has been blessed by our Lord. I was separated from my family at age two and after 43 years we were all reunited. Enduring angelical moments and trying events has brought me closer to God
What was your motivation behind this project? Being able to share my remaining life with my biological family inspired me to encourage other adoptees to look for their real family as well. The television programs "Who Do You Think You Are" and "Long Lost Family" inspired me to help others to find themselves and to have a moment of bonding with a parent or sibling.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I pray that the book "Touched by the Finger of God" will give encouragement to those seeking their lost family and that the book will bring the reader closer to God. I was touched physically by God as a young boy and this once in a lifetime experience has convinced me He is very much alive and wants to have a close relationship with us all.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? This project has made me a better person and has given me the courage to face challenges without fear. I have a greater desire to spread God's word and to do His will with great passion.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? Jerry Jenkins, Dr David Jeremiah, Pope John Paul, and many many others as well as my church family are all inspirations. However my wife of over 40 years has been my greatest inspiration. Her courage and passion for family has kept me focused.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: God wants us to really Know Him. Physically, mentally, and spiritually.
