At the same time, Hayden Simpson has his hands full with keeping his little sister in line, worrying about his job as Police Commissioner, and dealing with his past emotional baggage. The last thing he needs is someone blowing the lid off his emotional bucket. But when Riley Baxter storms into his life, struggling to understand why God would let bad things happen to good people, Hayden has no choice but to follow his heart.
Now, Riley and Hayden must work together to uncover the truth of the past . . . before someone shuts Riley up for good.

Tell us a little about yourself. Im a bit unconventional. Im a HUGE college football fan (SEC), but I love Hallmark movies. My all-time favorite flower is the white rose and Im not wild about orchids. Everything most people think they know about me is mostly wrong. I like being a contradiction. Ask any of my children who the weirdest person they know is and theyll tell you their mom. I encourage them and all children to be themselves and we celebrate differences.
What was your motivation behind this project? If you read the papers, watch the news, or listen to the radio, you hear story after story about injustices. Social. Legal. Human. It literally breaks my heart.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? One of the messages I learned during research and in personal trials dont be so quick to judge. Sometimes the truth isnt what it seems, and often, VERY often, there are layers of interpretation of what is consider just. I hope that after reading each book in the Justice Seekers series, the reader will be changed in some way.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? A vast amount of everything I write is personal. In To Write A Wrong, I was able to pull much of the emotional impact of the story from events in my own life, in my own family. Its hard to sit and watch people lie about people you love.
