Author Bio

Gordon D. Fee (PhD, University of Southern California) is professor emeritus of New Testament studies at Regent College in Vancouver. He is the author of numerous works, including Pauline Christology; God's Empowering Presence; Paul, the Spirit, and the People of God; and commentaries on 1 Corinthians, Revelation, Philippians, and 1 and 2 Timothy and Titus. He is also the coauthor of How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth.

    I have been working through this commentary this past week and I have found it to be very helpful. Dr. Fee is a wonderful scholar, writing in a easy to follow and understand way while utilizing the original language and dialoguing with other prominent treatments of the text. Very happy with it, I have learned much from this book.
