McCready5 Stars Out Of 5Thru the Bible SetFebruary 10, 2017McCreadyQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I've listened to Vernon McGee for years and now have the opportunity to read those words at my own pace. That may take me a year since there are 3,000 pages in this 5-volume set. But that's a good thing in that I can reread passages or research text that I have questions on. I'm half way through the first volume and enjoying it very much. I highly recommend this set to anyone. The price is the best around.
Q: Do these books come with dust jackets? Do they have a plastic cover on them or do they come literally as they are shown in the picture? Thanks.
These come as pictured, without the dust jackets.
Q: Does this commentary approach Genesis from a young earth creation perspective?
McGee takes an old universe but young earth approach to Genesis.
Q: Is this set identical to the individual books or is it highlights from the individual books?
All 5 individual books are included in this set.
Q: What is the demomination of the book?
This commentary is not specific to any denomination. J. Vernon McGee himself was ordained by the Presbyterian Church (USA). Based on his education, his theological background is a mixture of calvinistic and dispensational doctrines.
