Jesus girl in Wisc.5 Stars Out Of 5Through My Father's Eyes by Franklin Graham with Donna ToneyAugust 11, 2018Jesus girl in Wisc.Quality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This book is one of the best books I've ever read, and my first one written by Franklin Graham.
He captured his Dad with charm and honesty. He covers his Dads dept of commitment of sharing God's gift of salvation to the world. And Billy Grahams desire for us sinners (including himself) to recognize that, and what to do about it. America needs this book.
The book has a beautiflul cover with a half page slip cover on it.
The book is captivating, heartfelt and real.
I cried, laughed and grew closer to God.
The world was blessed with Billy Grahams God given gift to share the Gospel. This puts his 99 years of life in perspective.
I will end by sharing from page 93 of the book about prayer.
Prayer should be our priority and our source of power! True prayer is a way of life, not just for use in cases of emergency. Billy Graham said... "You are denying yourself a marvelous priviledge if you don't pray."
Franklin knew his Dad well. He has greatly shared it with us in this book.

By Franklin Graham with Donna Lee Toney
This is a beautiful, will written book about the life of Billy Graham as told by his son Franklin. The view of Billy by his son is done in a way that you will get an understanding of the man that is known and respected by most people. He was advisor to world leaders and many other people. He spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world for years, opening the door of salvation to millions. In this book Franklin shares some detail about his fathers private life, his thoughts and how his faith in Christ was what Billy wanted to show in the way he lived. The stories are about Billys family, his love for them, his belief and what he tried to show everyone that encountered him. Franklin shares how his fathers beliefs and life had a great affect on him and the decision he has made to continue Billys work for Christ.
I believe that you will want to read and reread this book to get to know just what kind of a man Billy Graham was. The book will open areas of Billys life that a bio would not share or show. I found so much information about Billy Graham that I did not know, and many others may not know but is so important to knowing the man. The book can be used in discussion groups or just for some casual reading.
A quote from Billy: When you read or hear that Billy Graham is dead, dont you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive then than I am now. I will just have changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God.
I received this book free from the publisher through the BookLook Bloggers book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commissions 16 CFR, Part 255
