A great story with valuable lessons about trusting God even when things are not going as we think they should.

He read it at age 11, and again at 12 and he loves it. At 12, he really had a thoughtful understanding and questions about those times. He's not a bookworm, so when a good one comes along, one chapter after the next. Sweet to see his little booklamp on at night before bed knowing he's developing good habits with wholesome literature.
