Where to begin with this book. This book was so amazing and I can't wait for more from this series. This book will not disappoint it will keep on the edge of your seat from the beginning to the end. I really enjoyed the message of forgiveness in this book, that no matter what can go wrong we need to find the forgiveness for each other. I really loved that this book was a good clean read and that it was perfect for all ages. (teens through adults). You really can't go wrong with this book you will think you have it all figured out when the author throws a wrench into the mix only to keep you guessing.

We visit the beautiful lavender fields and again in this latest book by Colleen Coble. This new story does not disappoint with the suspense and mystery. The main character Shauna McDade is looking for answers to the murder of Clarence and his wife Lucy. As she fears for her life and the safety of her son, she must turn to the one person she thought she could never forgive, Nate Bannister. Nate was the best friend of her husband Jack, who was killed in a climbing accident.
As the mystery deepens, Shauna finds shocking secrets which will question all she thought to be true about the death of her mother, her fathers motives, and Jacks death. Something environmentally sinister is happening in the fields close to her fathers property and there are powerful people who will murder to keep it hidden until they have the plans for their own gain.
I enjoy the faith based stories written by author Colleen Coble. She understands how to present the reader with characters who have problems and disappointments but still find the will and strength to go forward in their lives!
