i expected this planner to be identical on the inside to the other Apologia planner i ordered. It's not, and i'm not sure how i missed that. However, i think the inside style will work for my daughter after we figure out *how* to use it.

Just what my daughter wanted. It's not a huge planner, but perfect for our needs. We homeschool and we love that there is a place for her to mark when she completes assignment and then I have a spot to mark when I have approved her work.

We used this for the first time for my second grader that is homeschooled. There is ample room to write her assignments that she must complete on her own during the day. It is well organized and pleasing to the eye. She really liked using this planner. This website also has the best price for the planner. We will be using it again as well as for our younger son.

The planners are of great quality, and this is really the first year that my kids have used planners, so a large part of their failure to take to the planners is probably due to that. They complain about having to fill in the dates and that the planners are too large for them to carry easily. I have them fill in events, but they do not refer to their planners at all afterwards and ask me about events instead. I refer them back to their planners, which they do grudgingly. While I'm training them to use planners, I think I will use cheap weekly planners with pre-filled dates so that I don't feel like I'm investing so much financially.
