great read!

The Treasure Tree does an excellent job of sharing personalities, via animals. This book expresses the importance of valuing all personalities.

this is my favorite book that my son and i read; also a great baby gift.

We were introduced by extended family to this book in the mid-1990s and then were thrilled to be given our copy when we were pregnant with our first child in 1997. It continues to be one of our favorites even as our children are 16, 14 and 11!! I have referred to it many times to explain to adult friends the 4 basic temperaments. The animals are so easy to identify and remember. Also, the illustrations are beautifully detailed and a visual treat no matter how many times we've read it. Like other reviewers have said, we love giving this book as a gift and often track down used copies online if we can't find it new.

This book was given to my children almost 20 years ago as a present from an aunt and uncle. The book is beautifully illustrated to capture children of all ages' attention. It teaches each of us to treasure who God made us to be and to also treasure those around us. I have bought many of these books over the years to give as presents. I recently gave the book to teacher friends who teach special needs children. Meanwhile, the local public school merit class used this for a study in discovering and appreciating diversity. The animals used to discover our character are precious. Thank you CBD for making it available since 1992 when it was first published.
