I want to say first that you 'should' read "The Tinderbox" before reading this book, no they have not listed these as a series but stand alone books. I feel they should at least let you know that it is a 'prequel' to this book. That is my opinion and I have read other reviews that feel the same way I do.

The story is very good and shows how, like us 'Englishers', the Amish can have different opinions and deal with them differently.

An absolutely wonderful book about what happens when obedience and forgiveness , I love Beverly Lewis's books, she challenges me with her stories.

Congratulations to Beverly Lewis on another beautifully written story about family, sisterhood and most of all about individuals who choose to live their lives in obedience to God. Such a heartwarming story!

I look forward to each of Beverly Lewis' books. They are always inspiring, informative, and a gentle reminder of the true spirit of Christianity. Another winner!
