Weapons training for the fight of your life...
Twelve-year-old Corey Stewart is snoozing in Sunday School class, having totally tuned out from the lesson being taught. What possible relevance does the Bible's talk about old-fashioned armor have to life in the 21st century?
After all, a breastplate won't stop a bullet.
Pitched unexpectedly into a dramatic encounter with members of the elite Eagles Wings Team, Corey discovers the timeless power and importance of the spiritual armor described in Ephesians 6 by the Apostle Paul.
Join this young Christian as he learns how to wear and wield the special equipment God has given to believers to ensure their victory over sin and the devil.
Follow as Corey trains under the watchful eye of Lieutenant, and understand how faith, prayer, and praise will enable you to defeat the enemy.
This is inspiring youth fiction with real-life application!

RoaneRJ5 Stars Out Of 5The Timeless Whole Armour of GOD RevisitedApril 18, 2015RoaneRJQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Set in the modern era, this inspired work masterfully juxtaposes the armour worn by Rome's ancient centurions with today's sophisticated combat gear, as a group of teenaged Christians prepare to engage in spiritual warfare. Praise is due to the author for her insight into the mutualism of the armour's components, as they relate both to our individual identities as Believers in our quest to overcome the forces of darkness, and to our collective identity as the Corporate Body of Christ. Easy-to-read and crafted on a Biblically sound foundation, this work provides both entertainment & didactic enlightenment for the Christian whether he is sustained on spiritual milk or meat!

Tell us a little about yourself. J Yerachmiel is a Caribbean-based author and playwright who is involved in producing and encouraging the creation of Christ-centred, Bible-based and God-honouring dramatic content for cinema, theatre, radio and the Internet.
What was your motivation behind this project? The book is based on a play that was written for young people in my Church's Drama Ministry. The original play was written with a futuristic focus in which the main character is transported to the future and meets members of an elite Christian underground resistance to the reign of the AntiChrist and the Mark of the Beast. The play was subsequently rewritten to focus on the present by sending the main character to an intensive 1-week bootcamp instead. The novel is based on a modification of the original play, using the same spiritual teaching.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? It is hoped that readers will gain a deeper insight into the practical application of God's spiritual armor and understand that the armor really works, regardless of the era a Christian lives in! This is the insight God gave me when He guided me to study His Word to write the plays and then the novel.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? God taught me that the armor presented in Ephesians Chapter 6 is very powerful and really works! Of course I was tested while writing The Timeless Whole Armor of God and had to draw upon the same teaching that's in the book to overcome the enemy's attacks. In fact, I am still drawing upon the teaching and God's Word as I seek to fulfill God's purpose for my life.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? Of course, my main inspiration is Adonai! He is, after all, the Master Teacher, Master Storyteller and the Ultimate Creative!!! When I look at Jesus' parables, at all the drama that's recorded in the Bible (real life drama!) and the overarching themes of God's love, redemption, salvation and promise that work their way through from Genesis to Revelation with all the plot twists, and characters and strategies and connections across time and space, between the Old and New Testaments and then between past, present and future - let's face it - this is mind blowing stuff!!! Other than Adonai, I'm more influenced by persons who produce dramatic content and music than by authors. I love watching Christ-centred and God-honouring movies (mainly on TBN and Daystar). I am a fan of the Kendrick Brothers! And I enjoy the work of Mark Burnett and Roma Downey! Music wise, I really enjoy a lot of the modern Praise and Worship songs. Israel Houghton, Hillsong, Kari Jobe, Chris Tomlin and so many others create music that's so awe inspiring and relatable. However, I'll just as willingly listen to Helen Baylor and CeCe Winans or even a good Church choir. So my musical taste in musical genre is varied. Actually, God often uses Christian music to generate the idea for a new story in my mind. Often I would hear a song and a whole story would start unfolding in my head. That is how the original play for The Timeless Whole Armor of God started.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: The Timeless Whole Armor of God Revisited is meant to be the first of a series of novels that take the reader from today right up to the rapture. God has already downloaded into my spirit the plot for each of the remaining books, and there are twists and turns and all kinds of connections in this overall story that are blowing me away! And the teaching in the armor gets deeper! So I'm looking forward to see how God directs the writing and the teaching to mature the story to the conclusion He wants! Hopefully the readers will enjoy all the stories in the series. Here's one important clue - nothing in Revisited is superfluous or stand alone. Also, a few of us in the Caribbean Christian Dramatic Community, including my Church's Drama Ministry, plan to produce a dramatized recording of The Timeless Whole Armor of God Revisited for distribution free-of-charge to gospel radio stations in the Caribbean, by God's grace. I'm really looking forward to hearing from readers their views on the novel. God Bless! Joy
