Like so many of Kenneth E. Hagin's books and booklets, Kenneth takes complex theological concepts and boils them down to a simpler form that anyone can understand. This book helps us more fully understand: the born-again experience as well as the issues of life and death.

As a Christian needing to understand the fundamentals of man's 3-fold nature in order establish a foundation in which to build upon it a spiritual building that has been sanctified Christ's Blood, Fire and Water, this book fails to provide those precious nuggets of wisdom, understanding and knowledge. It seems to be an effort to redefine a more inspired book of the same title written first by Rev. B. R. Hicks. The sin issue is not fully address, thus, leaving the 3-fold nature still in its depraved state of existence. The greater issue not addressed is that of the human will that is allegorically portray by Rev. B. R. Hicks as the axle-shaft that turns the wheel of man's nature. It is the source of all man's corruption, and left in its perverted degenerate state, keeps the entire 3-fold nature in a corrupt condition. Rev. Hagen's book fail to address the sin issue and God's remedy for it.

Tsk Tsk Rev. Hagen, even using the same title of the book. Tsk, Tsk. Thankfully, Rev. B.R.Hicks, now 91, has rewritten this powerful book. It now is in 3 volumes.

In a way, this book wasn't what I'd expected it to be! Many yrs ago, I'd read a book of the same name, written by a Rev. B.R. Hicks..That book told me pretty much about all that's in the human heart, corruption and all, and how to deal with it all! Jeremiah 17:9 tells alot..Also, the Bible tells us that out of the heart, proceeds evil thoughts, adultries, fornications, etc..These things defile the man!Unfortunately, I haven't had the one by B.R. Hicks in many yrs.God Bless,Ed Dennis
