It's a documentary

I was expecting a "re-enactment" and got a voice-over documentary. Okay if we were going to use it for an adult class, but we wanted something to use for a multi-generational gathering on the Sunday after Christmas. I hoped, after being disappointed at the Story of Silent Night, to find the WWII German/American soldier story to be usable, but it was too graphic to be shown in church and to young children as well.
I have used this video several times with our foreign students in the past and so we wanted to have it on DVD. It is a very interesting and beautiful story of this well-known Christmas song. I especially like the true and movingstory which occurred during WWII.
