    This was a delightful story for our family! We home school our boys (grades 5,4,3,1). Together they read the story aloud, narrated, and wrote a daily book report for each chapter. We also used this book for their daily lessons in vocabulary, spelling, and arts and crafts. It made us laugh, and at times we felt sad together. I would highly recommend this book to others as well.
