God is not acknowledged as Creator in this book. I was really surprised to find a book that explains the existence of the universe as a result of the big bang theory on Christian Book Distributors. Nothing Christian about this book. It really doesn't belong here.

Unfrotunately I could not select no stars. I have emailed Christian book.com and asked them to remove this book and they never even apoligized or removed it. This book reeks of evolution. It has nothing regarding creation or anything Biblical. Do not purchase!

This is NOT a Christian based book, which is disappointing to be found on Christianbook.com. Glad I didn't buy it and I looked inside at first. As with several Usborne books I have purchased, on occasion, there's just something a little 'off' like the Usborne Art History book that profiles 'Ophelia' painting about a young girl who commits suicide by drowning. Its very disturbing. As the case with this particular book on the "How it all began" section it states that millions of years ago, ...yadda yadda, Big Bang theory. So in short, it's basically just another un-Christian and false curriculum with flashy graphics.

The book is stunningly colorful and perfect for my 4-year-old. I also quite like the simplicity of the book in the sense that it is written for a younger age group. Each planet or celestial occurrence takes up 1 page.
