Richard5 Stars Out Of 5The ShackMay 18, 2015RichardQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This review was written for The Shack.First read the book shortly after it was first published. Very pleased to say the book had, and still has, a huge and positive impact on my life. Provided me a much needed path for a very personal journey into forgiveness of self, and of others. Since that first reading I have enjoyed several subsequent reading to revisit and experience that path of forgiveness. I highly recommend the book and have distributed many many copies to family and friends.

Julie5 Stars Out Of 5Great story!April 21, 2017JulieQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Read this book, saw the movie, now I'm reading the book again. Paul Young is an excellent author but this story has taken on a life of it's own. The story allows us to visit with the Trinity in a way never before told. It allows us to see that God is moved by our infirmities and loves us beyond compare. He is not sitting on His throne waiting for us to make a mistake, but is waiting on us to call upon Him in time of need. Mr. Young lets us see a loving Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Purchase the book and keep it on your shelf to read again and again!

Susan Cook5 Stars Out Of 5This book helped me deal with my own great sadnessJanuary 21, 2012Susan CookQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I lost my 23 year old son a little over 2 years ago in a tragic accident. Since that time, I have questioned and struggled with many things I had been taught about God and His "plan." I found a wonderful pastor whose sermons had been helping me see God differently and begin the healing process. Then I read The Shack. I literally couldn't put it down! It was amazing to me how many of the scriptural lessons my pastor had been teaching me were brought out in this book. Many healing tears were shed as I read the book, and Abba Father tenderly ministered to my heart. The Shack helped take the healing to a new, and deeper level!
