I purchased it thinking it would be dramatized in the fashion of Focus on the Family's Radio Theater products (Oliver Twist, Chronicles of Narnia, Little Women, etc...). It is NOT. This is similar to an Audible product--but in the case of this product, there are different actors for different voices. I'm bummed.

At first I wasn't sure about the "drama" style of this audiobook. Having said that, I was so surprised at how the all the elements of actors voices, music, sound effects and everything drew me into a deep world that caused me to "experience" this amazing Christian classic. It is one of the my favorite books in general, and now it has become my favorite audiobook. This is a great one to share with kids too :-)

My family really enjoyed listening to this book. I recommend it for all ages.

My friend offered me tapes to listen to and it was such a blessing I had to order my own cd's to listen to. I highly recommend these to any pilgrims, anyone who is seeking the heavenly kingdom!

Praise the Lord for giving John Bunyan the mind of Christ that helped him come up with the story of Pilgrim's Progress. I've read the book, seen all the movies, listened to Max McLean's audio version, and now this dramatized version.
