Wonderfully written and illustrated. I bought this as a birthday gift for a friends 7 year old son. They both enjoyed it very much, my friend said the message was very strong and her son took it to heart. I have to admit I read it before I gave it to him and it brought me to tears. Beautiful story.

This book was wonderful! I bought it for my 7 and 10 yr old boys. My 10 yr old enjoyed it the most! I will be ordering more for Christmas gifts. If you have a 6 to 11 year old that needs encouragement to be all God created them to be, this book is for them. Beautiful story, but if your emotional like me you might need a tissue :-) Would also be great for a classroom to teach of the changing seasons and growth of God's creation.

What a beautiful story about how God uses the circumstances we face in life - even when we don't understand them - to work for our good and the good of others...If we let Him. The only thing to keep in mind with this book is that it's a bit long if you want to read it to younger children.

I purchased this for my preschool aged grandson, and he enjoyed listening to it. The story will grow in meaning to him as he grows.

I'll be using this book with the children's groups which I teach. It has an excellent message for both young and old.
