Single mom Jennifer Cullen had become a modern-day Scrooge. But when her Uncle Ralph comes to visit, he brings along a new friend he met on his flight---nomad and jack-of-all-trades Morgan Derby. Forced to play hostess for the holidays, Jen must learn how to "do" Christmas. Will Morgan be able to teach her---and soften her heart? Starring Henry Winkler, Brooke Burns and Warren Christie. Approx. 86 minutes.
Henry Winkler was as great as ever. Predictable storyline. Decent acting. Unnecessary shower scene (brief). The adults make it a priority to fool the kid into believing that Santa's coming. No mention of Jesus in the film.
I wish I could say I loved the movie, but there was unnecessary content in it. There was a shower scene which showed the woman's backside from the waist up. This was totally unexpected and a shock for our family. We had to fast forward. Totally inappropriate and not needed. You also see her in a towel for awhile. This didn't need to be in the movie and ruined an otherwise very cute family friendly movie. Because of this one part, I can't recommend the movie.
