Publisher's Description

The loyalties of the Musketeers are tested when Aramis, corrupted by his growing power within the clergy, masterminds a plot to replace the king of France with the king’s secret twin brother.

When the coup unravels, d’Artagnan is sent to arrest the conspirators—his former brothers in arms—and must choose between his dearest friends and his king. The final volume of the d’Artagnan Romances, The Man in the Iron Mask concludes the tales of the Three Musketeers.

Be it mystery, romance, drama, comedy, politics, or history, great literature stands the test of time.
