Lora5 Stars Out Of 5Great book to teach children about the holiness of GodDecember 17, 2014LoraQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5One day a young boy asked the king, "Why do we have shadows and where do they come from?" This question puzzled the king and he began to search for the answer. Could he escape his own shadow? Even his wise men could not help with that problem. In searching for an answer the king finds out about another King who does not have a shadow. A King who is so great there is no darkness in him. This book uses the story of a boy and a king, and through it shares the deeper truths of God's awesome holiness in an interesting and novel way. The large illustrations will hold a younger child's interest while someone reads the lengthy text.
Ernest Low5 Stars Out Of 5June 5, 2006Ernest LowThis is not a simple storybook as it contains truths about God being a holy and glorious God. Kids who are more mature, probably at least 7 years old might be able to benefit from this. It is not easy to find theologically sound books. This is one of them.
