The Greek is from the Textus Receptus. The source of the text is documented in the preface, and is essentially the same (with some minor variations) to the Greek text used by the KJV translators.

The New Testament volume of The Interlinear Bible Hebrew-Greek-English
The Interlinear Greek-English New Testament is keyed toStrong's Exhaustive Concordance. Thousands of pastors, students, and laypeople have found it to be a time-saving tool for researching the subtle nuances and layers of meaning within the original Greek. Featuring the Greek texts with a direct English rendering below each word, it also includes The Literal Translation of the Bible in the outside column. But what truly sets this resource apart are the Strong's numbers printed directly above the Greek words. Strong's numbers enable even those with no prior knowledge of Greek to easily access a wealth of language reference works keyed to Strong's--Greek dictionaries, analytical lexicons, concordances, word studies, and more.
Only a small minority of Bible students ever achieve the ability to read the original biblical Greek. This resource offers a non-threatening tool for those lacking language training to begin exploring the language of the New Testament.
• Conveniently includes the entire Greek text of the New Testament in one place
• Offering a concise, literal translation of each Greek word, it's a great jumping off point for in-depth New Testament study and text analysis.
• How large is the type?
The Truth1 Stars Out Of 5You'll like this if you are a KJV fan.October 19, 2016The TruthQuality: 5Value: 1Meets Expectations: 1I was disappointed as I had assumed the English portion would be close to original scriptures. It is not. Another promoter of the Trinity with "embellishments."
I would return this if I could.
Don't waste your money, unless you believe in the 3 headed God - whoever that is!

After reading the reference in the front I found that it clearly states there will be some differences with other Greek texts, not wanting to try and learn a new variety of Greek, I decided that this book was not for me.

I wish it had the KJV and the ESV or NKJV instead of just the Green's literal translation of the Greek (not that it is bad, as far as I can tell). The printing of the interlinear text is a bit tricky to read in places, but overall seems pretty good. It is definitely a good value for a hard-backed interlinear edition of the New Testament. The quality of the paper and binding and such seems very good.
Q: What english version is in the interliner? I want an interlinerv with a KJV, or NKJV or a ESV.
This is translated from the same texts the KJV was derived from, however, the English wording is, as much as possible, a literal translation of those texts. Because of differing grammatical rules, the transliteration located under the original text has been rearranged in order to make the literal translation paragraphing more readable.
