I don't think it would be doable by many people. Suggest checking it out online thoroughly before you purchase to see if it suits your lifestyle. My primary disappointment with the book was the emphasis on selling BarleyMax, a product the author sells through a business called Hallelujah Acres. "BarleyMax" was originally named "BarleyGreen". Check the FDA website under that name before purchasing the book.

This book is a real good read for those looking for a healthier lifestyle. The book teaches about what it takes to achieve a true balance in our health to help fight disease and sickness. The western diet that most people are accustom to seems to create many common problems such as heart disease, high cholesterol and cancer just to name a few. Many doctors do point to our diet as the culprit. This book focuses on a plant based diet with only 15 to 20 percent cooked food. The cooked portion of the diet would be foods like beans, potatoes, rice and certain vegetables like sweet potatoes and squash. The book also advocates juicing fresh (preferably organic) fruits and vegetables. The Hallelujah Diet also points out ways to avoid foods laden with chemicals and pesticides which have crept into the American diet more and more over the years. This book was a great help to me when I was battling cancer a few years ago. It also helps one to lose weight in a healthy easy way. I would recommend this book as a big plus for those looking for a natural healthy way of living for themselves and their family.

There are many testimonies of how people have been healed of the same ailments I have been suffering from and therefore I am very eager to get started on this. In fact, I have begun to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables already. I wish everyone could read this book and see how God wants to heal us!
