Editorial Reviews

Simply put, The Five Points of Calvinism is the best and the most complete short introduction to the doctrines of grace.
One could hardly wish for a better study resource to show the five points’ faithfulness to Scripture. This disciplined display of the heart of the gospel calls for three of the loudest cheers we can give.
Truly a classic—clear, concise and warm in its presentation of historic Reformed theology. This latest edition is even better than the original.
It is a privilege to commend this enlarged and revised edition to a new generation. A model of clarity, full of biblical teaching.
I am delighted to see this masterpiece in its new, revised edition. For anyone seeking to understand, teach, and enjoy the doctrines of grace, this book is quite simply a ‘must'.

This book is clear and to the point. It's more exegeted biblical scriptures than anything else. I've gifted this to a couple of people, and if you're looking for a quick read to really convict you on Gods sovereignty, this is the way to go!

Convincing Proof of the Doctrines of Grace

This book provides an excellent introduction and Scripturally based case for the reformed doctrines of grace. The author includes key Scriptures outright for each point in the TULIP which is a powerful way to present the subject without skewing the reader with too much commentary. It is hard to argue with so many clear Biblical texts against the Five points which preachers like Charles Spurgeon embraced. In a day in which most people are ignorant of Calvinism and have only heard the Arminian view of salvation, this book provides refreshment for the soul and great encouragement about the immense Grace of God.

This is a one-of-a-kind resource that will offer the reader a clear view of the classic five points of Calvinism. Don't let Calvinism's critics sway you with their rhetoric. Buy this book, find a quiet place to sit and read it, and find out what the Bible really teaches concerning God's sovereignty and human depravity. This is an absolutely outstanding purchase!

A must for those new to the doctrine of "Election" in a three part type book. The first part (72-pages) is a very good and straight to the point overview of the 5-points of Calvinism; followed up by more detailed discussion, and supported by lots of scripture. The second part (68-pages) is a listing of the best references that are out there for those interested in a more detailed study by such giants as Augustine, John Calvin himself, Martin Luther, R.C. Sproul, Jonathan Edwards, John McArthur, and John Piper to name a handful of the references given. Lastly, part three (107-pages) deals with historical and supporting background as an appendix set you can pick and choose from for gaining more insight into specific areas of interest you might have (e.g., The Practical Applications of Calvinism).
