His mother was Hindu, his father Christian. Though they cherished their religious and cultural heritages, they came into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and helped Steve to know Jesus. Given the unique circumstances of his life after immigrating to North America, he chose to sacrifice career for family life, which left him with unsettling questions about faith. His journey led him to the realization that faith is as much an art as it is a science; intended to be mastered by everyone. Steve's pragmatic approach to applying faith principles, using modern day vernacular, make for a refreshing and inspirational read. He is a blend of optimism, transparency and servanthood. The dedicated father of four, Steve enjoys a fulfilling marriage, of over twenty-six years, with his wife Jean. He has served as a pastor for several years and has his B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems.
