This is one of the most fascinating books about evolution I have read to this date. It is not a book about all the scientific evidence, or lack thereof, concerning the theory of evolution. Instead, it is a book about the ramifications of living in this world if evolution were a fact. It kept my interest throughout the entire book, something that most books do not do. To be honest, the book is actually scary as the author elucidates what the intricacies of human life would entail if we live in a universe without a personal Creator, a universe that came into existence by accident and evolution as the impersonal force responsible for all life. It portrays human life as a wretched life if evolution is true.
