The warmth of the characters in these Big Woods Paper Dolls is heartwarming. Very realistic in it's characters and the clothes and accessories. The only problem was that the characters you punch out, but the clothes and accessories you have to cut out yourself. All 34 of them. I gave it to my 7 year old granddaughter on her birthday. She and her 2 sisters love the show. Having to cut them out outweighed the joy on their faces.

I love playing with these. It makes you want to go back into those times with all the pretty dresses. I have had these for 2 years. They are very nice. But they tend to rip a little too. But they can be taped back, and you can hardly tell that they've been ripped. Excellent collection, especially if you like the Little House show or books.You will not regret buying these. Very nice. This set is produced on very sturdy cardboard. Furthermore, the dolls can be punched out and have stands. On the other hand, the clothes need to be cut out. The dolls include Ma, Pa, Laura, Mary, and Carrie. Even the dog Jack is included. The titles of each page are: Meet Laura, Doing Chores, In the Garden, Helping Pa, Baking with Ma, Going Visiting, After Supper, and Bedtime. There are two backdrop scenes included: the interior of the house and an outside scene of the log cabin, plus there is a punch out table, a wooden cradle, and two little bushes. In addition, a loaf of bread, a book, a pitcher, and a bowl can be inserted in a slot on the table. The back of the book includes a pouch that can be used to keep the dolls and their clothes. This set includes all the components a child needs to have imaginative play with paper dolls.

Excellent, old-fashioned paper dolls. Just what 92-year-old great-grandmother wanted to give her great-grandaughters. She and the girls enjoyed playing with them together.

I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. I had to cut out the clothing for her, but she managed the punch out figures just fine. She kept thanking me for the gift over and over again, so I think there will be lots of happy hours with the Ingalls family!
