Tell us a little about yourself. On October 25, 1939, I was born in Madison, Florida to Eddie and Lena Holland Miller, Sr., (farmer/land owner, and educator), who embraced prayer, praise, and worship, putting God first place in our lives. At an early age we moved to St. Augustine, Florida. Living on our 80- acre farm in St. Augustine, with my nine sisters and brothers, they taught us to love, care, respect one another, and to work hard, which is more valuable and precious to me than silver or gold.
What was your motivation behind this project? I wanted my readers to know, understand, experience, and cherish, the unconditional LOVE of our Heavenly Father which has eternal value. God's love is proven to us in the following verses: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. - John 3:16-17, NKJV
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? It is my sincere prayer, that my God-Inspired book, "Tell Them That I Love Them," will encourage each of us to be led by God's Holy Spirit daily, sharing the love and message of Jesus Christ with our children, our families, and everyone we meet! We must be "soul-winners."
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? I was personally impacted by the unity of the staff at Creation House. I felt that our most urgent desire is to improve the living conditions of children, and families all over the world, both physically and spiritually. By completing this project many lives are now being changed, through the knowledge of the "truth" of God's Holy Word the Bible, and souls saved for the Kingdom of God!
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? My parents, have always been my greatest influences, and sources of inspiration. They planted "seeds of greatness:faith, hope, and love in us!" There were 17 children, my Papa's first wife deceased and he married my Mother. A good education was a top priority, and they were quite involved. My Mother had a fifteen minute radio program on Sunday mornings, sharing the "good news" of Jesus Christ, and taught in the public schools for twenty-five years. What an impact they had on my life. I still remember and enjoy their favorite scriptures, prayers, and songs, which have become my own.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: Our parents and grand-parents are special gifts of God's Love, but, they will never take the place of Our Heavenly Father's Love for each one of us. Therefore, we must Love the Lord, our God with all of our hearts, souls, minds, and strength, and our neighbor as ourselves, as Jesus Christ, God's Beloved Son, Savior of the world has taught us, and to obey His Holy Spirit which guides us into all truth! Jesus said, "I am the Way, The Truth, and the Life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6). Trust, Believe, Obey, and Surrender All to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior! There are eternal rewards for all of us! Choose Life and Blessings,Now and Forever!
