Nice story but didn't provide any insight
    May 23, 2011
It's a nice story about his own experiences with throat cancer, but it didn't provide any insight on how others can overcome their own form of suffering/pain. He seems to have had no doubts/no faith struggles at all. I'm happy for him, that it was as easy as it was (faith-wise), but so many of us struggle with our faith during periods of suffering/trial. I really didn't feel any empathy with the author. It was just a story about his experience. If you're looking for just a story, then buy it. If you're looking for insight or help in overcoming your own form of suffering, buy something else. Nice title though.
