Most of my interactions with people are as a business owner. I cannot take the authors advice of interrupting, cutting off and otherwise telling other adults what they can and cannot say. Most of her advice is cited as examples of times she was rather rude to others, mostly employees she supervised. I did not find this book helpful at all.

This book is fantastic. The HOLY SPIRIT marvelously used the author to articulate HIS teaching in the Bible of how all of us sin with our tongues. This book will challenge you, inspire you, and instruct you how the LORD expects us to use our tongues.

If I had a wish it would be to give a copy of this book to everyone I know. It has good points with bible verses to support the reasoning. The author offered her personal reflection from days gone by on how it is important to watch what we say. Very easy read that gets straight to the point. I found this book is a great reminder for behavior and personal reflection that I refer back to occasionally.

Have you ever said something that as soon as it came out of your mouth you wished you hadn't said it? Sure, we all have. I heard Deborah Pegues on a Christian talk show and I knew I wanted to read her book. It has been excellent for me. It won't be a one read book for me. I will reread it many times. I think you'll like it.
