As a pretty basic cook, I'm happy to see recipes that are very doable for anyone and include a variety of tasty options that I can definitely add to my repertoire. Plus, so many beautiful pictures to help me choose what's next! Not only did it give me new favorites, the personal stories in between inspire me to invite friends to make new memories. If you have ever been through one of Kelly Minter's Bible studies, you will quickly see that this cookbook is pleasantly different. First, her co-author, Regina Pinto, has helped assemble all of the recipes. There are words of encouragement, prayers, family stories and of course tasty recipes to share around your own table with family and friends. Each one is quick and easy to prepare, and many have a Mediterranean influence. I am anxious to finish reading Kelly's first ever cookbook, and happy to be adding it to my cookbook shelf at home!

Kelly is one of the most compelling Bible teachers Ive ever heard snd she has an intense passion for the people that live in the jungle of the Amazon as well as at risk children in Moldova. She also loves to garden and cook. she teamed up with Regina to write this cookbook and Regina is a chef. The two of them are a dynamic duo and the recipes in this book are amazing. I was chosen to receive an advanced reader copy and every recipe I've tried turned out great and my family loved it. Order it...you'll be glad you did!
