Product Description

If you are looking to build a foundation for your ministry that will be standing long after you are gone, then Sustainable Children's Ministry is right for you! Realize the tools you need for effective ministry and expanded impact without burning out. Imagine when every volunteer is well trained and coached, fewer children and families wander away from your ministry. When every visitor feels safe, welcomed, and connected, there's a better chance they'll return again and again. When every child who attends an outreach event connects with a leader by name, you expand your capacity to connect more kids to Jesus in a sustainable way. If you want to know more about how authors Mark DeVries and Annette Safstrom set the roadmap in this book, please see 'More Information (PDF)' above.

Are you a children's ministry leader on the edge of burnout? Do you find yourself working harder and harder to tame the chaos? Mark DeVries and Annette Safstrom know how you feel. Flash and fizz can be effective at attracting young families, but without sustainable systems beneath the unforgettable moments, the impact is almost always short-lived. In this practical resource, you’ll learn how to recruit volunteers, partner with parents, navigate politics, and care for your own soul instead of frantically scrambling to do it all yourself.
